Terms & Conditions

You may use the Application for personal and business purposes in accordance with these terms and any applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Application, including but not limited to attempting to reverse-engineer it, sending unsolicited messages, or using it for unlawful communication.

The Application sends contact details via SMS using your own device's messaging service. Standard SMS and data charges from your mobile carrier will apply. The Service Provider is not responsible for carrier fees incurred while using the Application.

To function correctly, the Application requires permissions including phone state access and the system overlay permission. You are responsible for granting and managing these permissions on your device.

The Application offers a Free tier with limited features and a paid Pro tier with additional functionality. Pricing for the Pro tier is shown in-app and on the Pricing page and may change with notice. Subscriptions are managed through your Google Play account.

All content, branding, design, and code within the Application are owned by the Service Provider. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application without prior written permission.

The Application may rely on third-party services (such as Google Play Services and AdMob). The Service Provider is not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Please refer to their respective terms and privacy policies.

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the Service Provider.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
